Philippines has over 81,000 Foursquare members and adherents as of September 2009

Based on the Comparative District Summaries released by the National Office of the Church of the Foursquare Gospel in the Philippines, there are 81,817 members and adherents of The Foursquare Church here in the Philippines. This data, however, is not yet updated because five of 20 districts have not yet submitted their statistical reports for October 1, 2008 - September 30, 2009. Looking at the trends in each of the 15 districts which submitted reports, I would expect that this figure would increase. Let us all thank God for what He is doing in our country through the Foursquare presence.

Northern Philippines, which has a total of 700 Foursquare local churches, has 32,170 members and 4,615 people accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Luzon area has a total of 36,785 members and adherents, but the national office is still waiting for the statistics from the three districts.

Central Philippines, primarily composed of Eastern, Central, and Western Visayas, registered a total of 12,143 members and adherents. About 967 people of this figure are new converts. The Visayas area has 261 active Foursquare local churches.

The Southern Philippines has 30,422 members and about 2,467 people are new converts. In total, there are 32,889 members and adherents in Mindanao area as of September 2009. This figure may increase after the two remaining districts submit their reports to the national office.
